Search within apps not showing up!

Hello everyone!

I have a problem, I heard that now you can search with spotlight within apps for results but when i search for something it shows me only results by  apps!

How can I fix it?

iPhone 6, ios 9.0.2 and all apps updated!

Developers have to update their apps to support that feature.

Yes but 10-15 of my apps have already been updated (messenger today) but spotlight just searched only and showed  app results!

Messenger search doesn't work for me either. Try Evernote or Apple News, it should work there.

Also, make sure you have enabled search in those apps in Settings-General-Spotlight search but it's ON by default.

some apps like IMDB also only show results of stuff u already searched within the app itself. its pretty pointless
