Searching for a photo editing app

On my desktop there are apps, such as ImageWell that allows one to edit/overlay arrows, circles, rectangles, & text boxes, etc.

So far, I am unable to find an iPhone app with these features. I presume I'm looking in the wrong place.

Will some kind soul point me in the right direction?
