iPad mini Searching for a simple black sleeve for iPad mini

Has anyone successfully purchased one of these that fits the iPad mini with a Smart Cover on? I'm not having any luck finding a simple black sleeve for my iPad mini. I ordered this one, which is exactly what I'm looking for, but when it arrived it turned out to be a few millimeters too narrow, and the iPad mini would not fit even without the Smart Cover:

All I want is a soft sleeve that secures at the top (without a fixed overhanging flap), color black, with no metal zippers or metal buttons to risk scratching, however velcro is okay like the one here (this one is too expensive, though):

I'm on a budget, so it has to be pretty cheap. Again, please only reply if you've purchased whatever product you recommend so that you can confirm for me that it fits an iPad mini with Smart Cover. Thanks!

ColcaSac. They even give you the option of purchasing a case that will accommodate an ipad+smart case/cover. I use ColcaSac for my Macbook Pro Retina 15" and my iPad Mini-Retina, wonderful company with an amazing product.

The options mentioned are too expensive, have a zipper, or don't secure at the top - all things I mentioned in my post. Anyway, i purchased the same item I originally did from another eBay seller, this time it was advertised for 8" tablets. I will repost here once it arrives if it's a good fit.
