Hi Everyone,

Is there an alarm app that exists that you can simply tell it when and at what volume to ring, regardless of the apps and phone ring volume you've been playing with earlier that day? Seems like a simple request, no?

I've been unhappy with using the apple clock as an alarm for some time, because you need to remember to change the volume last thing at night (so it goes off with the right volume in the morning) and first thing in the morning (so your phone rings at the right volume during the day).

A few days ago i bought Rise, and thought that my search was over, but after two days in a row of it not going off, i'm thinking that i might need to carry on looking.

Cheers

Thanks for getting back to me with the (bad) news!

It amazes me that this thing can make bazillions of calculations per second, draw gazillions of polygons without breaking sweat, capture pictures with millions of pixels but yet it can't even make one single solitary beep at 7.15 on a Monday morning without relying on me to doing something for it the night before.

LOL. Right?! I wish they'd give us profiles for that reason! Or at least let us set custom volumes for Do Not Disturb.
