Hi,
when i type something in the search box in the top right corner of the finder window, it says below it that it can either search 'This Mac' or 'All Files' - I have 4 hard drives in my mac pro - is there a way i can get it to search all drives at once?
I have tried clicking 'All files' - but the search results don't come up with the goods.
For instance, i have a file called 'Sunday morning' - i type that in the search box, it comes back with nothing, i click 'all files' - still nothing. I have to then click each hard drive and type my search in again to keep trying to find it.
hope that makes sense.
Ive never had much luck with the search box in finder, it seems so hit and miss.
