Searching messages in iOS 9

Does iOS 9 fix the issue with searching messages where it won't go back to the message it just jumps to the newest one if its past a certain time?

This is such a potentially powerful feature, but no - it still doesn't work.
I've just tried the search for a few words from a few days ago, and a word I used today too. Just brings me to the correct conversation, but only shows the most recent messages.

Shame.
