I was using Greenposion untethered 4.2.1 so just in the process of changing over to Season Pass 4.3 will update when done

That normally happens when you haven't updated to the latest firmware or are using a jailbreak method that isn't meant for the firmware you are currently using.

Well are you using atv flash black, or sshing the apps into it? The jailbreak doesn't just add apps in to the atv.

Worked fine for me. I haven't installed anything yet. Maybe I'll find out then. For now it's just jailbroken until XBMC finalizes their build.

I think this post is a waste. You JB then add the apps yourself, use ATV Black.

I must have the latest firmware as i can now not load greenposion 4.2.1 back on. I would happily still be on 4.2.1 at least everything worked ! I will try again tonight as it got to late to continue last night.

I think i prefererred greenpoison as i am not sure if you get plex with seasonpass.

Had to use iReb first, cause i was getting tge iTunes restore error 21,1600,1601

Than i had problems installing xbmc via ssh

Now i have nitotv xbmc & icefilms all working

i know the jailbreak doesnt install the apps but the apps fail when you install them and the ones that do install dont work right

i do believe the one listed here kind of sucks at the moment then huh?

if so, then which program is the best that can allow one to get these apps, and a browser:

plex, netflix, xbmc, annd a few others?

apple tv flash (black)
pwnage tool
green poison

or the one here

seas0npass?

they all seem to offer different options, or can u use one to jailbreak then add all the options from them anyways?

icefilms is working, thats awesome, i am looking to do xbmc, specifically so i can pick up my playon server to stream both tvlinks and ice films!

Your complicating things

Jailbreak with seasonpass

Seasonpass will only install openssh


You need to install xmb

Arh finally got into DFU mode. I did an Apple restore and afterwards it would go into DFU mode.
