This morning, i was Listening to music with no issue. Eveything went well as my airpods functionned as inteded. That was until i wanted to use them later in the day when sound was only coming off the left bud. My phone did not recognize the right bud and so did the case. My first thought was to perform a factory reset which I did. The light refused to go back to white and only blinked in amber. After that, when I closed and opened the case with both airpods in, the LED blinked with an amber color and an error chime played through the case's speakers. I called apple support and since i didn't have a mac to try forcing the update, i was left with no other option than to send them in for repair. What is going on? has enyone experienced this issue?
