Second hand not ticking on reflections watch face

This is a weird one. I just tried the reactions watch face on my series 10 and when active the second hand does not move. However when the screen is not active, the second hand does tick. Odd. Has anyone else seen the same issue? Normally I use flux and this works fine

Me too. And flux does nothing, too. Neither Activity which were supposed to have seconds. But I have U2.

Yes S10. It was fixed after a reboot
