Second Kernel Panic

Hello community. Quick guideline to my setup.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
3.5 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (Stock Apple Memory)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB
Macintosh HD (512GB PCIe Stock Apple SSD)
MacOS El Cap 10.11.6 (Latest Updated Version of this OS)
2TB CalDigit Archive External Drive USB 3.0 (Into a Hub)
4TB CalDigit Time Machine External Drive USB 3.0 (Into a Hub)
Bose Companion 2.1 Speakers

I received a similar kernel panic a few months ago and was told it was probably just an anomaly. Tried to wake my mac up this morning and it appeared it was off. Turned it on and it booted to the infamous kernel panic warning image. My iMac has like one month left of a AC, so I'm trying to be sure there's no issues with my unit. Based on the logs, it appears it could have something to do with one of my externals, but I am not great at deciphering these log codes.

Attached is the latest kernel panic log. I know it's hard to be definitive with these, but could someone who understands these better than I do help me out? Like I said, just want to ensure the unit itself is good before AC expires on it.

Like you said, it does look like something USB related. You can see it in the backtrace and also in this last kext section.

Has this been happening for a while, or did it just start? Can you think of anything you changed or added that may have started this? What USB devices do you have attached?

I know those Logitech drivers sometimes cause troubles. Check and make sure you have the latest version of all that Logitech stuff.

Thank you for the reply. Helpful as always. I do have logitech control center installed. Logitech software has always been wonky but never caused kernel panics. There is an update but only for Sierra users.

- Two external HDD's USB 3.0
- Logitech Mouse Only
- USB 3.0 HUB

Unplug every usb thing you don't need. Perhaps consider running dtrace for a while to see if you spot big errors before a kernel panic. Make sure your osx is up to date as well.

Really hard to tell. The only way is to disconnect USB devices and see if the issues goes away with any particular device.

Given your AC runs out soon, it might be a good idea to take it in just so the issue is documented should you continue to have troubles.

If not, the drives may not be getting enough power (assuming they are getting power through USB rather than their own power supply). Also, the problem might be the USB hub. Can you try connecting the drives directly to the iMac?

Okay I'll run HD Tune low level sector scan in Windows Partitions to see if there are any issues with my drives. Weasel boy, good call. Might as well take it in before it expires.

It is a powered hub and the drives themselves are actually connected directly to the iMac.

I'm running a low level sector scan on all the drives right now. Windows keeps warning me that the Apple SSD is running a high temp of 57C. This doesn't seem too alarming since I'm going sector by sector, but I thought I would note it nonetheless.
