I launch it and it automatically crashes.

Try launching it using a different graphics card under OpenGL Profiler.

Crashes with a message or just exits?

I'd try, in this order: rebooting, repairing permissions (with Disk Utility), re-installing the app, and maybe try re-installing under a different user account.

This may also be very helpful.
