I try to connect a second screen on my new imac (27" 2019) with an adaptater VGA/USB-C.
Can't make it work. (try reset pram, unplugged all the other things...)
The screen is an "old" samsung Syncmaster B2330H
Do i need another type of adaptater to do that ? (hdmi/usbc or dvi/usb-c)
Thanks for your advice

I can't really help, other than to say maybe try another model VGA adapter. But if it helps, there's a really good 21" monitor on Amazon for $90. I got it for $83 and it's nice for the price. You'll still need an HDMI adapter. But just putting it out there before you go buying more adapters to try to get that one working.

I try another adaptater and it works...
So T'nB USBC-C ADAPTATER to VGA doesn't work
LENTION adaptater USB-C to HDMI/VGA works.
