Securely erase SSD via USB 3.0?

I am selling my internal Intel 160GB SSD G2 and want to securely erase it. I have removed the drive and now have it connected via USB 3.0 to my MacBook Pro... How can I do this?

I do have Parallels 7 if there is a better way of doing it via that...

Disk Utility can do that.

That doesn't work for solid state drives...
