I will be sending in my MBP for repair soon. The bottom casing needs to be replaced. My local Apple store will be sending it out. What are people's recommendations regarding securing/protecting my data? I will have a current, bootable Superduper backup on an external drive.

Should I just wipe and zero the MBP drive before sending it in?
Will they need a working system to check everything after the repair?
Is just password protecting my account enough? (I wouldn't think so)

Thanks for your input.
