Good day. I upgraded from Catalina to Big Sur and I always check the Security & privacy section always to see what changed or not.

The issue here is that I don't know if this was in Catalina but now I get a message that only lets me allow and not decline. Left a screenshot.

So many questions.

Who is this Benjamin Fleischer( I googled him and he is a software developer with some app called Fuse. That's all I could get.

Any ideas community on how to get rid of this?

You get this message in Privacy after attempting to install an application. To “decline” is to not allow. You have to click the padlock icon bottom left for the allow button to become enabled - until then it’s effectively “declined” and won’t install.

This usually is a result of trying to install an application outside of the Mac App Store by an unverified developer.

Thanks for the reply. I did click the padlock but still nothing. Here is a screenshot of it. It still only gives me the option of Allow. I don't know what this is so I don't want to click "Allow" to make it go away.

The extension is safe. I used one of the same apps not too long ago that needed that same extension. The name of the app escapes me at the moment.

When I'm presented with a warning that I'm not sure about, I usually do the most conservative thing (in most cases, deny access or stop launching) and see if my system keeps operating as I expect. If nothing changes, then no harm done. But if a new application won't work or an existing application stops working, I have a much better basis for researching what is going on.

It'll go away eventually - till the next prompt or till you reboot. All good.
