“Security recommendations” are even too much?

I was checking the “security recommendations” on my iPad , some are ok because belong to old accounts and websites that don't even exist anymore
But what is baffling me are the ones for iTunes and my appleid
Of course they are the same, if I change one the other changes too..is it a bug from Apple or am I missing something?!

I solved myself the conundrum : deleted the appleid password and reentered it again
and now the recommendation is gone
Must have been a bug
