Security Update 2018-001 hangs

Hi

I want to install the Security Update 2018-001 on my MacPro 4.1 patched on 5.1 with 2x Intel Xeon X5690 3,46 GHz .
The Mac hangs now over 2 hours on 31 Minutes. Nothing happen. I have restart the Mac and he goes Directly to the 31 Minuten and nothing happens.

any Idea ??

Is this the 10.13.4 security update or another OS version?
Is your GPU an official Mac version with Mac EFI, or is it a PC version?
Is SIP enabled or disabled?
Is Gatekeeper enabled or disabled?
Is Filevault enabled or disabled?
Is your system drive formatted HFS+ or APFS?
What USB 3.0 card?

Also, what method did you use for the 4,1>5,1?
