anyone using this tweak?

I bought it a couple days ago and it doesn't seem to work. I basically want it off for everyone except a few select contacts. but after i set that all up and go through which contacts to keep read receipts "on" for, it still functions as if my read receipts are off for everyone.
The only feature that does seem to work is if you have it set to "ask" every time for a read receipt.
Anyone using this and having problems?
