It’s difficult to say exactly, but it looks like a fiber or dust of some sort.

I only see it certain angles.

A friend with an iPhone has same thing and he told me is normal

My front facing camera does not have that, so I don’t know that it’s a light reflection or not. Perhaps take another picture from a different angle and post it.

Strange part I don’t see it all only when i”m in bright light .

I do not see any dust on my lens. What does Apple say? Apple's lighting is bad for reflections and you should look at it somewhere else. If the camera works well, I would not worry.

Seems to be a dust particle in it? The camera angle and reflection doesn’t help, but I’m pretty sure i heard somewhere that dust particles getting in is common.
