Well, looks like i found someone that wants to buy my iPhone.

They live out of country, and want me to include my SIM card. I dont care much, but just wondering if there was any important data stored on that besides phone number.

i take it you're not staying with at&t and don't need that sim?

call me paranoid, but i wouldn't send your activated sim with the iphone to the buyer. if you want, you could go to an at&t store and request a blank sim (it should be free) and send that...

hmm, what information COULD be on the SIM?
really, just an address correct? or the digits of your social security and everything?

hmm this is getting me thinking..
i dont have an att around here (why i had to sell the phone, no service) ATT canceled the service, and i didnt have to pay the deactivation fee.

they probably want the SIM for hacked activations or something, but i wouldn't include it...it traces back to your account number at ATT, and if they posted as you they could find out a lot about you.
