Hello,

I'm wondering : Apple is not acknowledging any problems with their iPad and the touch unresponsiveness. (I previously sent it in, got it back in return). I've had this issue before on my 2nd gen iPad Pro, now I notice it only occasionally. Since Apple says nothing is wrong, am I obligated to tell the buyers about this when I sell it? I'm asking cause I'm betting nobody would buy it.

What do you guys think?

Yeah, you're likely obligated.
