Selling iphone, need to keep MobileMe syncing - possible?

Hello,

Me and my wife both use iphone 4's (4 not 4S) and MobileMe.
I have been having a lot of problems with my iphone 4 and want to change it for something more reliable.

Is there any way that I can change my mobile phone and:
1. Keep shared ical calendars with my wife?
2. Sync my ical calendars with my new device?
3. Sync my MobileMe email account with my new device?

For example, can I get an Android phone but still use MobileMe's shared calendar and synced email options?

I'm not sure to the answer to the syncing question, but since MobileMe turns back into a pumpkin in June I would say you might as well go ahead and start migrating to a different service now. If you plan on going Android it would make sense to use Google Apps.

MobileMe will turn into iCloud in June but the services that we both use, listed above, remain.
I need to know if I can somehow access these services with another phone/ phone OS.
