I'm thinking about selling my iPhone 7 plus and my wife's 7 to ATT and using the promotional card towards monthly phone bills.

I've looked at the information online but have a couple of questions regarding the estimated value they calculate for you.

1) Do you receive the value they calculate or could they change it once receiving your phone? I'm not planning on lying or anything but my phone is slightly bent and I'm curious if they adjust values once they receive phones.

2) If they can adjust the value once they receive your phone, can you decline and get your phone back? I just would like to be able to weigh my options to either keep as a spare or take the money.

Thanks in advance for any help/responses from you guys!

Gazelle might offer you more. And it’s cash. Well, they send you a check. I believe they will offer you the chance to get the phone back if they offer something different then what they quote you.

Thanks for the response! I'll definitely look into this or hopefully hear of anyone who has used it before.

I have used gazelle a bunch of times. Sold numerous phones to them, even an old MacBook Pro. Every time I have received the full amount of what I was quoted without issue, and usually have the check within 10 days of mailing the item out. Easily the most reliable service out there.

Sweet! I'll probably do that

It’s so easy. Fill out the quote. Request the box. They will send you a prepaid box with label. Put just the phone in, nothing else (make sure you disable find my iPhone) and drop it in a fed ex box.
