Hello all. I am thinking of selling my wife's and my 3rd gen. iPod touches to eventually get the new iPod touch. I was wondering if anyone has traded their iPod or iPod touch to either Best Buy or Target? Did they give you a good or fair price? Or any other recommendations? Thank you in advance.

As long as it's in good condition, no sccatches, dents, cracks, turns on, etc, they will give you the max they can for it.
The 3rd gen 32GB can be traded in for a max of $67.32 and the 64GB can be traded in for $91.39.

They're not gonna give you much. Try eBay or Craigslist.
They have to resell to somebody else, and stand to make a profit, so you won't gain much. If you sell straight to the consumer, you'll get a larger profit.

They'll only give you a fraction of what it's worth. You're probably better off putting it on Ebay or Craigslist.
Sounds great. Any price recommendations for a 3rd generation 32 and 64 gb. Also thinking of selling my older iPod touch 2nd generation 16 gb. All are in excellent condition. Had screen protectors and cases on at all times. Thanks!
2nd gen probably isn't worth much of anything anymore. Only the 3rd and 4th will get you any money.
