selling my imac for 1500, good deal?

hello,

i was planning on selling my imac for a mbp. i just got a deal for 1500 euro on the following imac:

27''
i7 Quad Late 2009 CPU
8gb ramm 1076
512mb 4850 HD ati GPU
1TB hard drive
roughly 1,5 years applecare left.
including magic mouse and keyboard.

please help me decide if its worth it?
