Selling my iphone

What will the process be to sell my phone
I have a 3gs unlocked at 3.1.2.

I want want to sell it in june and get the new iphone when it comes out. What is the process i will have to do. I obviously want to restore it and remove all my data, however I need to keep the unlock so the phone holds the extra value.
What do I need to do.

IT was not jailbroke with blackrain so i believe it is a unteathered jailbreak.. sorry if this is a repeat its been a while since ive messed with this stuff

Blackrain has nothing to do with having a tethered or untethered jb.

o i thought it did. All i know is i can shut my phone off and i still keep my jailbreak.... thats what that is talking about correct?

Just realize, they may be some delay between 4th generation iPhone being released and tools to JB/UL being released.

I'm not planning on selling it now... I'm just looking for future refernce. Also I have dust under my screen I'm going to try and bring it in and either get a new one or cleaned under the screen... What will get more money.. A mint condition iPhone or jailbroken unlocked and used iPhone

Yea, you already stated that you were selling in June.

That depends on which, if any, software tools are released between now and June/July.

If tools to JB/UL brand new 3GS phones are released, the whole picture changes.

4G will be released most likely July it will be closer to Sept before we see a Jb let alone a unlock! so you have a while to wait! and if you want to know all the info google search works great!
