Hey guys, I'm seeking some knowledge on selling my old iPhone. What I really need to know is, what will the new owner need to do to let it have service once they have my old phone? Will they need to go to the carrier? I really can't seem to find anything; all I can find is just how to restore it (which I've already done). I have removed my number from the phone portion of it. It's a 5 from AT&T. Any help is greatly appreciated!

All they need to do is put their SIM card into the iPhone 5. Do not give them yours. They may need a different service plan through ATT if they are coming from a "dumb phone" or certain other phones.
