Selling my phone: Quick Question

Selling my water damaged phone that won't turn on. Is there any way to erase all my information, or am I pretty much taking a chance? I don't have any real important information on it but it's still has all my email accounts and stuff.

No way of doing what you want with the iPhone in the condition were you cannot turn it on..

Its kind of self evident, if you cannot turn it on, then there's no way of erasing the info.
