Selling my Sealed iPhone: Do I need to do anything first?

Hey guys. This isn't meant to be a for sale thread on here, but here's the deal.

I'm selling my iPhone 4 that I bought today. I haven't opened it, and it's still sealed. I purchased it at full price ($599).

Do I need to open it and remove a SIM card or anything like that? Is it linked to my AT&T account in any way?

Any help would be quite useful.

But no you don't have to do any of that. Just make sure the cash is real and hand them the box and be on your marry reseller way.
