I bought an iPhone 3Gs upgrade and have kept it sealed and never activated it. I've been told that a sim is pre-installed in the phone. Since I am selling it sealed, I was not removing it. Will they be able to use my account? Will any of my info show up?
Thanks for any help

As it comes sealed from a factory in china I doubt the sim is associated with your account until you plug it into itunes.

You can leave the sim installed. The sim has never been associated with your account unless a rep did activate it on your account. Reading what you've said, that doesn't look to be the case.

I have a v1 that is sick but I don't have ATT so have it jailbroke for T-Mobile.

I need a new one but of course can't get one unless I want to pay $700-800 and can't afford that.

Just out of luck for the time being or does someone have one they can sell for less than the above.

Sorry haithamn didn't mean to take your thread but need a new iphone at a reasonable price.
