iPhone Semi-restore tool. Anyone used?

I downloaded the tool from semi-restore.com (for windows) but somehow the application isn't opening up.

Chrome warned me that this is a malicious application, downloaded using FF and extracted but when I click on the application nothing shows up.

Any one ever used this? Seen lots of YouTube videos though

Try another computer.
Make sure you have the latest itunes installed.

Tool works great, Coolstar makes good stuff
It requires iTunes, make sure you have it installed
