Send my 3G to military overseas

I know AT&T has a program to give them prepaid telephone cards but I want to give this phone to someone since it is in excellent condition and I have a lot of accessories for it too.

Any suggestions on how to go about doing this. Thanks.

If you're thinking of sending it to someone in the military in Irag or Afghanistan, they're not allowed to have iPhones.

You can print out a free pre-paid shipping label to send it. I sent one of my old phones a while back. You don't even need to include a battery.

Google doesn't answer everything. I know that from personally knowing soldiers that are over there.
