Send Quick Video in iMessage (a la Photo)

Have they added the ability to record a quick video message into iMessage yet? Just how you can snap a photo, but... can you do the same for video yet?

Yes but I guess I didn’t notice that option wasn’t there before iOS 12

I believe it was added in 10 but they don’t really talk it up. Audio either.
