Able to receive email with no problem, but when I try to send I receive the message "sender address invalid". I imported my email settings thru syncing with Itunes.

Are you positively sure the address is entered in correctly... and are you sending via 3G or wifi?

Everything looks correct within the mail settings. I am trying to send via 3G. Seems like I have successfully sent an email via wi-fi, but I am not certain. I will try again tonight when I get home and have wi-fi. Keep getting the same message when I try to send vis 3G. Still can receive email fine.

I've read of instances where mail from ISPs can only be sent from within their own network. So you home WiFi would work, but 3G won't. Is your mail from your ISP?

Try changing the outgoing mail server to cwmx.com (at&t's outgoing server for mobile) for the email account in question. Not sure you'd be getting that particular error message if the outgoing server was the issue however, but worth a shot.

Figured it out. Somehow the password was erased in the outgoing mail server settings. Working now.
