sending files through airport

hi,
i am not able to send files from my system to a windows machine through airport. i tried out the various settings for airport, but still not getting any option to send a file. can anybody help??

Is this inside the network or to someone outside of it?

You'll have to enable port forwarding on you Airport Station. I had to do that to get FTP to work.
