Hi, my iPod needs repairing so I'm thinking of mailing it to Apple for service. My problem is the iPod's got a couple scratches and dents due to dropping it a few times. Will Apple fix it even though it looks all beaten up and will they send it back or keep it if they refuse to repair it?
