Because WhatsApp developed their app like that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Because this is not a problem. You’re trying something that the app has not been developed for.
And that way is...?There is a way outside the APP to do it. Just googled it.
Saw someone do what? I don’t understand?Thats what I am saying, I saw someone do yesterday and this question popped in my mind.
Saw someone do what? I don’t understand?
I saw someone besides me sitting in Starbucks googleing the answer and do it send a whatsapp message without saving the contact.
And that way is...?
But I’m in a group on what’s app. None of the people in the group are saved in my contacts but I can still send messages in the group.
Ok. Not sure why they would need to google it as I can send messages to people not in my contacts list directly from the app. I didn’t google anything.
Well I’m in a group on what’s app and none of the people in the group are in my contacts list yet I can send messages in the group. Also look this person is not in my contacts list but I can still send them messages.Where do you see that option on iOS?!
So if it's possible and there are ways to do it, then what's the question in this thread? And why can't any of that be mentioned here?Google it ! There are quite a few ways to do it. Find what suits you better. Cant mention any one here.
Oh I see. Make sense now. That person messaged me first which must be why I can send them messages back. Thanks.@Shanghaichica So in a group you can send messages and you can respond to messages if someone - not on your contact list - has messaged you but you can’t initiate a message if that person is not on your contacts.
