My understanding is that these hyrbid IEM phones sound pretty good. My other main concern is blocking out noise. I ride the subway every day to work which is quite loud and need a real good sounding headphone that will also block out a good deal of noise. Anyone that has used these in noisy places, can you let me know how well they block out the noise?

Side note, $59 on Amazon, is this legit? http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-CX...5?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1221280909&sr=1-5

I have the CX300's and they are fantastic. Best In ears ive ever owned and do great at blocking out noise.

With music playing it basically drowns out everything, people have to throw crap at me at work to get my attention since I cant hear them with them in

edit: yeah that link looks legit, newegg.com has them for the same price.

Thanks man. I'm looking forward to these! I did some research and J&R is an authorized reseller so I'm going to go ahead and order these.
