Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this peculiar issue I encountered yesterday: we have a fleet of iphone 6s', all managed by mdm (the mailbox is configured by the mdm app hence a few settings in the ios mail app are ghosted out), work email is synced via ms exhange.
One of these phones' mail app stopped displaying sent messages in the sent items folder (it worked fine before: the last one is from two days before so sg must have happened since then), however when the user performs a search, the seemingly missing email is shown. It's just not visible in the folder for some reason.
What we did:
Checked the emails to see if they have been sent (they show up in the outlook mailbox, and on owa as well),
Restarted the phone,
Removed and reinstalled the mailbox,
Quit the mail app and restarted again,
Turned mail sync on and off,
Even checked network setting, but nothing solved this problem.
The mailbox hasn't been archived yet either.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance!
