I just loaded Sequoia 15.3.2 on my MacBook Air. Whenever I turn my Computer on now it knocks my Download Internet speed to 1 Mbs. When I turn the computer off it goes back up to the normal 6.5 mbs. Don’t know how to fix.

I checked and my software shows up to date.Is the MBA downloading anything...maybe app updates or Apple Intelligence? Check Apple Intelligence in System Settings to see if it's downloading, or check the Network tab in Activity Monitor to see how much activity it's doing. You could also leave the MBA on for a while to see if it eventually clears up.
This would happen to me when I had 50 Mbps internet. My MBP was good at sucking up all my bandwidth whenever it was downloading app updates, system updates, or Apple Intelligence.
