I have a series 7 that supports USB-C fast charge. But I want to maintain the battery health percentage of my series 7 by buying a USB-A cable charger. I was a little doubtful about its originality because during a week of use, my battery health percentage dropped.

And I was curious how much normal time does it take to charge a series 7 with a USB-A cable like this? Because when I used this, it took me 2 hours and 53 minutes to charge from 19% to 100%. Is that normal?

Many Thanks

*Accessories that I use:
Adapter: Anker powerport mini (picture shown below)

A 12W charger on USB-A will take much longer than a 20W USB-C. Going from 19% to 100% the time does not seem unreasonable.

So is it normal for that? with almost 3 hours to charge with 12W charger on USB-A
I thought it was gonna be 2 hours to charge with 12W USB-A

With that charging block and that puck/cord you watch is really slow charging.
I see. I was a little doubtful about its originality because of the slower charging times. What do you think about its originality? Should I buy another charging cable?

If you series 7 battery lasts all day, I would keep the same and charge overnight. Overnight would always be plenty of time to charge your battery. A 20 watt USB C charger and fast charging puck/cable will charge it quicker. Some think fast charging will shorten the battery life. If you are in no hurry, use what you got. If you want fast charging then upgrade your charger and puck.

Okay thank you. So what do you think about the originality of the cable? Because I was a little doubtful about the originality of the cable, so that it affects the charging duration.

It would be limited as far as the speed of charging. With the 10 watt charger you are using now, it is fine.

Faster charging would require a cable/puck that could carry more current with a 20 watt charger. Both cable and charger would be USB-C
