I wish to make a web banner that contains text and a photo, since this is gonna be created daily by specific photos and text its gonna be a good idea that its created automatically by submitting only the path of the photo and the text. I want to make it as fast as possible without placing manually stuff in Indesign, or Illustrator or pShop for this matter. Is something like this possible?

Yeah, it’s possible, but there are many, many ways to go about doing it.

Since it’s a web banner, would I be correct in assuming you want in a bitmap format, like PNG or JPEG?
