Serious airport dillema!!!

i am in finals week of school and my computer was freezing in protools (i am music techology major and had a project due, mind you). so i did an erase and install and ever since then my airport knocks everyone in my house off the internet. The signal goes up, then crashes and none of us can use the internet.
the weird thing is that my airport/internet will work at ANY OTHER LOCATION besides my house.

and of course, that is where i need it the most.

no one seems to know what has happened, i really really need help!!!! im deperate!

Jessica - you need to tell us more - what is your setup (Airport Extreme, cable modem, one or multiple base stations, did your re-install include re-updating the base stations, etc.) ?
