Other Serious question, Gold/Max w/ SS Watch?

First world problems I know. But I would like people's opinion on what looks ok and what would look awful.
I really want to get the Gold iPhone Xs Max but I have the Silver Stainless Steel Watch and Milanese band. Would these two look stupid together? I am so tired of silver iPhones and wanted a change this time around.
Plus I'm a girl sooooo LOL!.
What do you think?
I'm prepared for snarky comments on this so go ahead. I really am in a dilemma.

More like a first world problem.

I wouldn't sweat it. I've got a relic Series 0 aluminum sport w/white band. I'm looking at the gold Xs Max, but also finally looking to upgrade my Series 0 to a 4. Leaning towards the gold this time. Shoot. I wish they still had Rose Gold and I'd rock that color for both... but seems like Rose Gold is becoming a thing of the past, sadly.
