Hi all,

I've been using PC all my life and is about to buy an iMac... but still have few doubts...

My main usage are:

1. Photoediting -mainly I'm using Adobe photoshop CS5 now. I'm an avid photographer using EOS 7D RAW file. I've given up on PC color management and heard that Mac system is very good in color management.

2. I've just started HD video and shoot a lot of AVCHD video file now. I would love to burn my final video file into blu-ray.

My questions are:

I'am confident that iMac has no issue whatsoever with CS5 color management.

a. Can I edit AVCHD file with iMovie? Is i3 iMac can handle AVCHD editing smoothly?

b. How is external blu-ray burner compatibility with iMac?

Thanks

As far as I remember, Adobe will exchange your PC version of CS5 for a Mac version for a nominal shipping cost *IF* you bought it from a licensed reseller.
