Server App - "Not Support by this Version ... Please update

So the official Apple "Server" App is the latest version from the App Store ... but suddenly started complain after latest public beta update.. any one facing this issue or knows a FIX ..

Trying to repurpose a 2019 INTEL Air to be my local home server ... can run it under windows 10 (Bootcamp) but .....

Basically everything the Server app does is just a GUI front-end for open source solutions. If you're OK with the Terminal you can achieve almost all of it without it.

Anyways, if you're on a Beta OS - There's a beta version of the Server app as well that can be downloaded from developer.apple.com
