Can't understand pricing difference. Server app cost only $20. What benefits do i get buying the server version?

I'm pretty confused with the 5400 rpm hdd used in server version. Today i have 2011 mini with 256ssd+750 hdd @7200rpm and it works like a charm. Unfortunatelly i will need another one mini in a couple of month and it seems the best option will be Quad-core mini with ssd. It's $80 cheaper than server.

I was willing to get a new mini with 256ssd and 2TB hdd @7200rpm :). 5400 is really slow for a fileserver with a good payload.

P.S. hope Apple will add 7200 rpm option in the near future.
