Set Lock Screen

I use a four number password to gain access to my iPad.

I then decided to put wall paper on the Set Lock Screen by creating a jpg file with nothing but a green background with my contact information.

Of course I did this if I lost it maybe someone will contact me to return it.

The problem is that the Set Lock Screen displays for a very short time before turning off due to inactivity. I want to give any benefactor a nice long time to read the screen before it goes away.

Now the question. Is there any way to adjust the time out interval for the Set Lock Screen?
