Setting min. font size in Safari

How do one set the minimum font size in Safari on macOS Sierra? This option is now missing!

I think they want you to use page zoom instead because it doesn't break layouts the way font sizes did.

Found this out from Reddit... "In the upcoming macOS Sierra Safari remembers the size settings for each site. Not quite a "minimum for all" setting, but if you take time to set the minimum size on each page you regularly visit then it's almost as good. Cmd+minus and Cmd+plus keys quickly alter the size."

And this preference sticks! Great!
