Setting up Blog and Host it on a Mac

Hope ppl here can help me with my problem

I work in a company where we do not have internet access (Well it is Limited access..).. So Web Hosting is out of the questions
We work on a LAN..
We have a large number of macs and a few PCs

I'm trying to set up a Tech Forum kind of a blog...
I would require any blogging software that is free,easy to use and is not much of a hassle..

I'm already working on iWeb and MAMP and created a website but i dont have a way of taking inputs...

Please help me....
